Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and is returned to us within 7 days after receiving your order.
To request a return, please email hello@tikkabay.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
We do not offer refunds for returned items, however, we will exchange items that are incorrect, or have a manufacturing defect.
Items Not Eligible for Return and Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return and exchange:
- Items for which we are not notified of damage or an incorrect order due to our error within 24 hours of receipt.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos. We’ll arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After production or shipping begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
